The rules of using EarnWay Games. Plain English, no surprises.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using EarnWay Games (www.earnway.uk), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to register.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts to abuse referrals or rewards = account termination.
- You're responsible for password security. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Information at registration must be accurate.
3. EW reward points
EW are reward points used across the EarnWay platform.
- 1 USD = 1,000 EW. Conversion is fixed.
- EW earned through gameplay, referrals, promotions, and event rewards as described on the site.
- EW are not legal tender, not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value outside our payout system.
- Withdrawal of EW to real money is subject to a minimum threshold and may require identity verification.
- We may adjust earn rates, conversion, or feature pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Fraudulent or automated activity (bots, multi-accounting, click farms) results in EW reversal and potential account termination.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or any automation to play or generate EW.
- Create multiple accounts to inflate referral earnings.
- Access other users' accounts or our systems without authorisation.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish content from EarnWay Games at scale.
- Use the platform for anything illegal, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
5. Third-party games
Games on EarnWay Games are provided by third-party game-network partners and loaded inside an iframe. They are subject to their own terms and content. We curate the catalog but don't guarantee availability or content of any individual game.
6. Referral program
You may share your referral link to invite friends. Referral commissions are paid in EW based on qualifying activity, at rates set by us and visible in your dashboard. Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, and incentivized signups outside approved channels are not eligible.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice in cases of fraud or abuse. Upon termination, unpaid EW balance below the withdrawal threshold may be forfeited.
8. Disclaimers
EarnWay Games is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any specific income from the platform. Earnings depend on your activity, available offers, and active events.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnWay's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50 — whichever is greater.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be handled in UK courts unless local law requires otherwise.
